Our role

Got Good Help is a directory and request coordination service. Providers are independent businesses. We do not perform, supervise, price, insure, or guarantee their work.

Customer requests

Provide accurate information and choose the providers who may receive your details. No request guarantees availability, an estimate, a booking, or completion. Providers can accept or decline invitations. Agree on scope, payment, insurance requirements, and permissions directly with your provider.

Provider applications

Applying is free. Approval requires evidence review for each service area and its applicable requirements. Providers must accurately describe their scope and qualifications and report credential changes. Pending, suspended, expired, and rejected service areas do not appear in matching.

Optional paid listing positions

Finding help and applying are free. We do not collect job payments or sell leads. Approved contractors may choose paid advertising positions with a separately reviewed quarterly total and recurring-billing agreement. Applying never activates a subscription. See listing prices and quarterly terms.

Reviews and concerns

We do not display invented ratings or reviews. Concerns are submitted privately to Got Good Help. A complaint does not prove wrongdoing; safety or credential concerns may require suspension while reviewed.

Emergencies and restricted work

This is not an emergency dispatch service. Do not submit illegal activity, dangerous requests, credentials, access codes, or sensitive personal records.
